Bargaining and Negotiation program begins with learning and understanding B&G concepts such as understanding your goal, conditions and limits. The group is split into teams and each team works through challenges that illustrate the various concepts of B&G, while earning ”money”. In the next part, each team is required to build an item, and in order to succeed, they need to use their available resources to obtain all the required materials. The activity is timed and there are breakouts for strategizing, assessing resources, and negotiations with other groups. First team to complete building their item and use the team as instructed, wins!
The power of the Reiss Motivation Profile (RMP), a psychometric tool, to fortify teams' understanding of their values, motivations, and leadership styles.
